Yes – CBD oil obtained from Industrial Grade hemp is legal in the UK providing it does not contain THC.  Hemp-derived cannabinoids are food-based products, so their importation and consumption is not restricted. However, it is not legal to grow hemp in the UK. For this reason, a lot of companies producing CBD oil or other cannabidiol-rich supplements, source their hemp from countries where it is legal to grow it. 

Our Zero THC CBD is 100% legal in the UK as a food supplement as it is non-psychoactive.

All our products are extract CBD oil from industrial hemp, so our products are all natural. We do not produce or sell CBD isolates. Industrial hemp is naturally rich in CBD and low in THC so we use this plant to make sure the final product contains a multitude of useful compounds and no psychoactive substances.

Our Hemp Strain is a medicinal form of Industrial Hemp which is very different from Standard Industrial Hemp Strains in China and Europe. You would not be able to tell the difference (at first Glance) between our strain and a marijuana strain. The difference is that our THC content in our strain is below .1% THC (which actually much less than what we need to qualify at). Our products are tested every year by the Department of Agriculture to ensure they meet the Industrial Hemp Standard. 

All hemp used for the manufacture of Hemx products is organically grown and is herbicide, pesticide, fungicide and GMO-free, with no harmful contaminants. Each harvest of hemp undergoes testing to maintain our the high standards.
